We try to respond promptly to all customer enquiries but before you contact us please read the following information.
Regular business hours are 9-5 M-F Eastern Time. Calling at other times may get a response if someone is working late, but not likely. Also during business hours someone isn't always available to answer the phone. If you leave a message we will get back to you.
Email is the best way to contact us, but please, before emailing us, make sure your ISP (such as AOL or Yahoo) does not have spam blocking software that would prevent you from recieving a response. Most spam filters do not work that well and some will not let our emails through unless you specifically allow emails from the domain "chainmail.net". If you didn't get an email when signing up or placing an order our emails are being filtered. We cannot respond to you until you fix that.
Please double check your email address when typing it into the form below. If you mistype your email address we cannot respond to you. This happens more than you might think.
If enquiring about an order, always include the last name on the account (or billing address) and your order number if you have it. You can also simply reply to any of your order update emails and leave the contents of the email at the bottom so that information is there. We cannot look up your order without this information.
If you need a response over the weekend, email us, do not call us, you'll be more likely to get a response before Monday.
For people enquiring about shipping costs, a shipping quote will be provided during the first stage of the checkout process. Our system automatically pulls the information from UPS. If you email or call us asking this we can only guess. Please review our shipping information.
